Women May Not Need Men For Sex In The Future. Know Why?

It may well be that in the future the majority of women will choose to have sex with robots instead of men. Yes, you heard right. Advancements in technology have changed every field of our life and are now going to affect our sex lives too. Sex robots would be modeled after humans and would possess artificial intelligence.

This has proven to be a controversial topic with plenty of backlashes. Sex robots open up the idea of a different freedom, giving the sexual opportunity to people who may, due to circumstances, be unable to develop real romantic relationships. However, these sex robots may prove degrading to women with their unrealistic and ideal body structure and subservient personality. The other side of this development may also affect men. If a woman can get a male sex robot that can satisfy her needs and not demand more, why would she want to pursue men anymore?

In the light of all this controversy we have looked further into various advancements in the development of sex robots:

1.RealDoll Sex Toys silicone doll:

This is the “first silicone sex doll with a completely accurate, fully articulated skeleton.”

2.Abyss Creations’ accurate dolls:

These dolls are used for more than sexual purposes, such as forensics and are customisable.

3.Artificial intelligence development:

The client will be able to find appealing personality traits that the robot would be able to learn and adopt. This may actually lead to the development of a relationship.

4.Campaign launched to ban sex robots:

There are various campaigns to ban sex robots. Dr. Kathleen Richardson is  a robot ethicist who has gone on record to state, “Sex robots seem to be a growing focus in the robotics industry and the models that they draw on – how they will look, what roles they would play – are very disturbing indeed.”

5.Change in attitudes towards relationships:

(Campaign Against Sex Robots)

Dr. Richardson continues, saying, “We think that the creation of such robots will contribute to detrimental relationships between men and women, adults and children, men and men and women and women.”

In conclusion, it may well be that people find sex robots strange because they are not mainstream yet. This may yet change with advancements in sex robotics that will make them more widely available. Futurologist Dr. Ian Pearson has even stated that robot on human sex can actually overtake human sex by 2050. It may be strange, it may be exciting, it may be scary but the fact remains that the world is on the cusp of a sexual revolution with the development of sex robots.
